Wednesday Nov.2, 2011 - 2-5pm, Arlington Library Community Room, MA
Program offered through the School for Collective Leadership - learning opportunities in emergent practices

Generating our future together. Collective Presencing. Our new human capacity. An afternoon of teaching and experience about what are the possibilities and opportunities of the practice called Collective Presencing
By Ria Baeck, Judy Wallace and Jiahong Juda

We invite you to an afternoon of teaching and experience about what are the possibilities and opportunities of the practice called Collective Presencing.

This practice builds on the principles and practices of the U process, but goes into greater details about the inner and subtle dimensions of it; which are so influential – either negative or positive – in the work of change that we aim to do. The innovation of this practice lies in its truely collective aspect.

We propose that when you are living your soul’s calling, you will be invited into groups, teams and gatherings that seem to have a collective calling. Following that collective soul or being has its own challenges, but opens also a hitherto unknown space of possibilities. It can lead us to an intense, creative and (re-) generative (field 4 of Theory U) life.

You will get a presentation of insights that came out of year long action research and you will get a glimpse of the core practice: Collective Sourcing.
