Imagine nations with freed imaginations…

I always get frustrated when reading or hearing English poetry; but this time I understand 98%, and it is worthwhile sharing. I was in the same gathering once with Drew – and again I was frustrated because I couldn’t understand most of what he said… maybe my understanding of English has improved also since then?

Elinor Ostrom, Nobel price winner on economics, explains how people can use natural resources in a sustainable way based on the diversity that exists in the world. She researched the economy of the Commons, an idea who’s time has (to) come.

A blog that I am following in this regard is David Bollier: really insightful, both on the good work that is going on around the Commons, as also the bad news regarding this topic.

Design revolution

Hazel Henderson, one of the leading women of the feminist movement in the sixties and seventies, is still very much alive and didn’t stop her evolution there. Here is a nice video of her current thinking – on design, on revolution.
